CLTP RENTAL PACKET

Cheyenne Little Theatre rents out both the Historic Atlas Theatre and the Mary Godfrey Playhouse. 

The Historic Atlas Theatre, located in the heart of downtown Cheyenne, has a spacious lobby, a large bar area, and holds a capacity of 146.  The theatre of the Atlas can hold 148 people on the main level (dinner theatre style) and 144 in the balcony (traditional theatre seating) for a total capacity of 292.  The space is excellent for concerts, business meetings, film festivals, receptions, weddings and more.

The Mary Godfrey Playhouse is located next to East High School in Cheyenne.  The theatre seats 247 people and can accommodate up to 8 wheelchairs (for a total capacity of 255).  The lobby has a small concessions area and comfortable seating, great for cocktail parties.  The spacious stage is well suited for touring shows, concerts, meetings, trainings and your next event! 

More detailed information on renting CLTP theatres is available in the CLTP Rental Packet.  All necessary documents are included in the packet.  As CLTP is an active theatre company, we alternate the use of each theatre, so they are subject to availability; however, follow the booking procedures and our Rental Coordinator will do all she can to make your event in the Historic Atlas Theatre or Mary Godfrey Playhouse a possibility!

CLTP Rental Booking Procedures:

1. Fill out the Rental Request Form (below) with your desired rental date(s) and details about your event.
2. You will be contacted by the Rental Coordinator via email unless otherwise requested on the form.
3. Your date will be officially approved after the Rental Coordinator clears the date with the CLTP Staff.
4. Within two (2) weeks of official approval of your requested date, send in:
   • Your completed “Lease of Premise Agreement”
   • Deposit and fees (outlined in the Rental Packet)
     1. If these are received after two (2) weeks, an additional $25 late fee will be assessed, due with the Lease, deposit, and fees.
     2. If a rental date is requested less than one (1) month before the event, additional fees will apply (see rental packet for details).
5. You will receive confirmation from the Rental Coordinator that your contract has been approved and added to the official theatre calendar.
6. Send in any promotional materials to the Rental Coordinator for approval by the Communications Coordinator.  NO marketing or advertising material may be posted or published before official confirmation of your date has taken place and all marketing materials have been approved by CLTP.
