Randy Bernhard - Managing and Artistic Director

Randy is originally from Los Angeles, California. He received his B.A. in Theatre and Music at Western Michigan University and his Ph.D. in Theatre with a Directing Emphasis from Brigham Young University. He has over 40 years experience as a stage actor, director & theatre administrator and over 17 years of experience both as a full time and adjunct professor of theatre. He has over 20 years of experience in working with large regional arts councils in Michigan, Louisiana and Oklahoma. Additionally, he has 17 years of business experience that includes bank marketing, retail bank management and sales, and advertising and communications. He became the Managing & Artistic Director of the CLTP on July 1, 2008.

   

Sandy Colvin - Bookkeeper

Sandy joined the CLTP staff in October 2008 after retiring from full time employment in August 2008. a native of Cheyenne, Sandy brings 25 years experience as Office Manager and Full Charge Bookkeeper for Welding and Machine, Inc. and Audiomatrix, Inc. Sandy's Interests include theater, bowling, camping and gold panning. Sandy's greatest joys are her daughter Tammy, son Jim, 6 grandchildren and 3 great granddaughters.

   

Dana Heying - Office Manager

Dana Heying - Dana is a Minnesota native, but calls Cheyenne her "home", after moving here with her family in 2000. She and her husband, Eddie, have 2 talented daughters, and the entire family is very active in all areas of the theatre. After devoting the past 15 years to raising her girls, Dana is excited to rejoin the workforce as a member of the CLTP staff.

   

Justin Batson - Communications Coordinator

Justin is a Cheyenne native and has been involved with CLTP since 1990, both on and offstage. He has an extensive Customer Service background and is excited about making the jump to the wondrous world of Marketing and Community Outreach. He has formal training in Theatre and Dance, ranging from Voice for Acting to Stage Dance, and even Ballet. Justin is thrilled to be working for the Theatre he has called home for the last 20 years.

   

Maria Thompson - Shop Foreman

Maria comes to Cheyenne from Cincinnati, Ohio. She graduated from Northern Kentucky University in 2008 with a B.F.A. in Theatre with an emphasis in Stage Management. She has a background in acting, singing, dancing, scenic painting, scenic & prop construction, stage combat, stage managing, and many other technical aspects. Her start with CLTP was stage managing the Old Fashioned Melodrama in 2009 and joined the staff in April 2010. She is also a part of the technical crew at the Cheyenne Civic Center. Her joys in life are her husband, John, and their two dogs, Nimbus and Koda.
