Employer: The Cheyenne Little Theatre Players (CLTP)
Term Employment: July 17-July 27
25-40 hours total- mixture of morning, afternoon, and evening hours
$12.00 an hour
Job Description
The Office Associate is primarily responsible for selling tickets to the 69th Old-Fashioned Melodrama and providing excellent customer service to our patrons, patrons, visitors, and volunteers. This position will process ticket orders, answer questions about the organization, and help direct patrons, visitors, and volunteers to any resources they need.
Qualifications
· Ability to learn ticketing software quickly.
· Willing to ask questions.
· Friendly and polite telephone presentation and manner.
· Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, calls, and visitors/drop in customers.
· Professional demeanor and appearance.
· Excellent customer service skills.
· Knowledge of The Cheyenne Little Theatre Players.
· Knowledge of Cheyenne.
Duties
· Sell tickets, including Season Tickets, to patrons in person and over the phone
· Print and file tickets
· Help patrons with any problems they may be having
· Answer questions about CLTP and the Atlas Theatre
· Answer questions about Cheyenne
· Direct patrons to resources to answer questions
· Assist staff with setting up and tearing down seats for the parade
· Other duties as assigned

Seeing all of CLTP’s 2025-2026 productions costs less using a season membership compared to purchasing a ticket for each production and gives you the following added benefits:
Pre-book your seats for each season production before tickets to all of our productions go on sale to the public on Tuesday, August 12, 2025.
Purchase up to four additional tickets for non-season membership holders for each production before tickets for the season go on sale to the public on Tuesday, August 12, 2025.
Enjoy flexible ticket exchange. Contact CLTP’s box office at least 24 business hours in advance of the booked ticket date and we will happily exchange this ticket for another date.

Thursday tickets will still go on sale one week out from the performance.
Tickets for all 2025-2026 productions will go on sale to the public on Tuesday, August 12th, 2025.
